Lillian is a small, unincorporated community found in eastern Baldwin County, Alabama. This community is located within the Daphne-Fairhope-Foley Micro Statistical Area along the western shore of Perdido Bay. Lillian was named for the daughter of former postmaster William Thomas Lee, and the post office in the community was established back in 1884.

Lillian is a small community, so there are only few attractions located here. Flea market enthusiasts may enjoy a trip to L A Store N’ More or to check out the antiques at Jordan’s Antiques. There are also some popular restaurants found in the community, including R’Reileigh’s Daybreak Café, Mr. C’s Deli, and Mattie’s Deli. Otherwise, most of the other notable attractions in the area are found in nearby communities, including numerous golf courses in Pensacola: Perdido Bay Golf Club, Lost Key Golf Club, and Marcus Pointe Golf Club.

Residents of Lillian will need to invest in both home heating and cooling systems to use at various points during the year. During the summer, conditions are humid and quite hot, with average high temperatures reaching the 90s. Severe weather including hurricanes are also common, so it is recommended that Lillian residents utilize the milder spring months to have their central air conditioning units serviced so they are operating properly when the harsh summer weather commences.

Winters in Lillian tend to be quite mild, which is one of the major regions that so many people are drawn to the region during this time of the year.
