About Magnolia Springs, AL - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Magnolia Springs is a Baldwin County town that was only incorporated in 2006. As of 2010, the community was home to about 725 residents. This town is found at the headwaters of the Magnolia River, and historically, the area was known for being a major turpentine distillation center. The Magnolia River is still a top resource for the area, and residents are pushing to have it named as an Outstanding Alabama Water, the highest environmental protection status in the state.

Magnolia Springs is a small town, so there are only a few notable attractions located here. The Moore Bros Village Market is a popular destination, while golf enthusiasts may like to book a round at Magnolia Springs Par 3 Golf. There are a also a few specialty shops located here, including Turner Furniture, G & G Garden Pond, and Magnolia Springs Pharmacy & Gifts.

Other attractions are located a quick drive away in neighboring Foley. The Tanger Outlet Mall makes this a popular community for shopping, and unique artwork can be picked up at the Foley Art Center. Many model train enthusiasts also visit the community in order to check out the exhibit at the Foley Alabama Railroad Museum.

The mild weather conditions of Alabama’s Gulf Coast make the area extremely popular for tourists throughout the year. Many people travel to the area in the summer, when the hot and humid conditions make it a great time to visit the neighboring beaches. However, it is important that people have a safe place to cool off with central air conditioning, and HVAC specialists recommend servicing these units during the cooler spring months. Likewise, mild winter weather leads to temperatures in the low-60s, but since overnight lows can fall to the 30s, a heat pump or furnace will be required to keep interior climates comfortable.
